INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup steamed carrots
- ½ apple, steamed
- 12 ounces water
- handful of spinach
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 3–4 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam carrots and apple for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water to cool down.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water to make less thick if desired.
