Blueberry Smoothie with Healthy Crumble Topping

Ingredients

  • Crumble Topping (makes enough for two)
  • 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 honey sesame snap
  • Smoothie (makes for one)
  • 1/3 cup Greek lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 cup skim milk, more if it is too thick
  • heaping 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Whirl topping mix in a small blender or food processor. Set aside.
  2. Mix ingredients for the smoothie in the blender and whirl.
  3. Top with half the topping.
