Ingredients
- one or two handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt or a non-dairy yogurt alternative
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- tiny pinch of salt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3-5 ice cubes, based on desired texture
- additional honey, sugar, stevia, or desired sweetener, if needed to taste
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in your blender in the order listed.
- Use the Smoothie cycle if your blender has one, or pulse a few times then slowly increase to maximum speed, stopping once desired texture is achieved.
