INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup/250ml of full-fat milk (or dairy free)
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 small scoop of protein powder ((35g) use vegan friendly if needed)
- 2 tbsp oats (We used gluten free)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the the ingredients as described.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
- Serve & Enjoy!
