Coconut Milk Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml low fat coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 large ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (or chia seeds)
  • 1/2 apple

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
