INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (unsweetened )
- 1 shot of cold espresso (or 50ml brewed coffee [unsweetened ])
- 5–6 cubes of ice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened )
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml almond milk (unsweetened )
- 2–3 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt (unsweetened )
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brew the coffee, and let it cool.
- If your dates are not soft, soak them hot water for 5 minutes, then drain them and let them cool
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
