Turkey Club with Bacon and Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of bread (white, wheat, or multigrain)
  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of ripe tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  7. Secure each quarter or half with toothpicks to hold the layers together, if desired.
