Loaded Nacho Fries Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen French fries or seasoned fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or seasoned taco meat
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole or diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Taco seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
  2. Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven until they are crispy and golden brown.
  3. While the fries are baking, prepare the taco meat by cooking ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season it with taco seasoning if desired. Set aside.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large serving platter or a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot fries, allowing it to melt.
  6. Spread the cooked taco meat over the melted cheese.

  8. Dollop sour cream and guacamole or diced avocado over the toppings.
