Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Nuggets

INGREDIENTS

Bacon wrapped chicken nuggets

  • 10 pieces chicken breasts tenderloins or strips
  • 10 slices bacon

Sauce (optional)

  • 50 g (1.8 oz) cream cheese full fat
  • 250 ml (1 cups) heavy whipping cream optional, add plenty to deglaze the pan and make a sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wrap each chicken tenderloin with a slice of streaky bacon.

How to cook in the air fryer

  1. Place each bacon-wrapped nugget in your air fryer basket and cook at 180C/350F for 15 minutes. Check halfway through cooking to see if each chicken pice needs turning.
