Chines Fried Chicken recipe. This delightful Main Course recipe of Chines Fried Chicken can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Ingredients
- Chicken leg piece½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
- Egg1
- Corn flour2 tbsp
- Flour2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder¼ tsp
- White pepper powder¼ tsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Oil4 tbsp
- Oilfor fry
Method
- Marinate ½ kg chicken cut into cubes with 1 egg, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- Now add 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp white pepper powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste and 4 tbsp oil. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken to the pan, cover and deep fry until crisp.
- Remove from oil, serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
