Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Egg noodles boiled 1 packet
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method

  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 300 gm sliced chicken and stir fry on high flame.
  • Cut 1 capsicum, 2 spring onions and 1 cup cabbage into slices.
  • Also cut 1 ginger piece, 4 cloves of garlic and 2 green chilies into juliennes.
  • Add all the sliced vegetables to the chicken. Stir fry on high flame for 1 minute.
  • Now add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp crushed red pepper. Mix well.
  • Turn the flame off.
  • Spread 1 packet of boiled egg noodles in a serving platter. Now top with prepared mixture and serve
